REFLECTION:
The story of patron saint, James the son of Zebedee, is short but compelling.
It is the story of a man plucked from everyday life to be called in fellowship
and service of Jesus. That his life was cut short by an act violence, makes
his story poignant and sad, even more so as he would have been of
relatively young age.
Let's explore his life afresh, on this patronal festival day, to glean from his
life things that will build our faith in Jesus.
